We try to do the opposite. We listen carefully before we plan, plan thoroughly before we build, and build with the intention of being proud of the code five years on. There is no other way to do work that lasts.
We are a small studio on purpose. Engagements are limited to one or two at a time so that each client gets a senior engineer in the room, not a junior on a roster. The work is direct, the meetings are short, and the deliverables are the things you can actually ship.
